STEP-BY-STEP GUIDELINE

1. CLEAN YOUR FACE
Remove your make-up and gently pat dry your skin.

2. RELEASE TENSION
Lightly massage your face with your hands to release preliminary tension.

3. APPLY FACE OIL
Apply a light layer of facial oil. Our B.WELL Garden Almond Face and Body Oil hydrates and reduces skin irritation.

4. CHEST
Start slow strokes from the center of your chest to the sides. This will open your lymphatic system which is crucial to experience the benefits of GUA SHA.

5. NECK
After opening your lymphatic system follow with lighter pressure down your neck.

6. FACE
You can continue with a bit more pressure, but still be gentle upward and to the sides of your face and eyes and forehead. Watch the video below for more.

Great functionality, but very easy to break

Perfectly shaped for best possible functionality.
It breaks very easily however. It recently justb out of the bed and broke into pieces right away. That was from merely 50cm height to a wooden floor.
We have had other jade products that were far more durable.

Great product but just be carefull!

I use this once to twice a week and what I have noticed is that it works best with an oil based lotion as it glides over the skin allot smooother.

When using ensure to keep the cup constantly moving - because if you stop the cup at any point for a second to long you will get bruising which will last about 24 hours. So constant flows of quick movements are best. In saying that the cups are amazing to get the blood flowing to areas that are usually difficult, this product depuffs eye areas and not to mention it is quite sootohing to use just before bed or as a pick me up in the morning!

Die Anwendung ist einfach und wohltuend. Jedoch gestaltet sich die Reinigung etwas schwierig. Ich habe noch keine genaue Anleitung gefunden, wie man sie am besten reinigt (es stand nur da, dass man sie entweder mit Wasser oder Alkohol reinigen soll). Das Glas lässt sich da noch einfach reinigen, die Gummi-Bälle aber nicht.
